Volunteers are the heart and soul of the Community First Fox Cities Marathon presented by Miron Construction! Each year, more than 2,300 energetic, dedicated and smiling Kwik Trip Volunteers help make our weekend of events an amazing experience for all participants and spectators.
You can be part of the excitement of our 30th Anniversary, Sept. 17-19, 2021 by volunteering for the Kwik Trip Volunteer Squad!
Sign up for as many shifts as you desire as long as the shifts do not overlap. Some experience might be required for certain roles, but there are numerous opportunities with no experience required.
Net proceeds from the event support community service projects and local non-profit organizations in the Fox Cities, so your donation of time makes an even bigger impact! Over our 30-year-history, we have given back more than $1 million thanks in part to our amazing volunteers!
We’re so appreciative of all the time and energy put into this event by our volunteers. It’s the dedication from the people in our community that makes us known as one of the most amazingly supportive events for runners and walkers in the entire nation.
Kwik Trip Volunteer squad Perks:
- Free Kwik Trip volunteer t-shirt
- An invitation to the Kwik Trip Volunteer Party held each year in October
- Satisfaction of helping serve the local Fox Cities communities
- Community service hours (if needed)
Most of our large group opportunities are reserved for sponsors. If you’re a company looking to volunteer together, consider becoming a sponsor! If you have a small group (5 or less) that is interested in volunteering, please contact the Fox Cities Marathon office at (920) 882-9499 or email@example.com.
Volunteer with your family! We do have some roles that are restricted to adults, but there are many opportunities for teens that are looking for volunteer service hours or for children/youth to volunteer with a parent or guardian. Please note that children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult volunteer.
Your safety has and always will be a top priority. As we all have been navigating COVID-19 pandemic procedures, we have learned creative ways to stay healthy and come together as a community, and we have been working closely with local officials, public health officers and medical partners. It is our intention to follow the CDC Guidelines at the time of race weekend to ensure the safety of all of our volunteers, participants and spectators.
